Renato "Rey" Pallera serves as a Staff Engineer and Project Manager at Stubbs Engineering, Inc., working out of the El Paso office. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), earned in December 2020, Rey combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills to deliver exceptional results on every project.

In his role, Rey plays a pivotal part in driving projects from concept to completion with precision. He oversees the development of detailed, construction-ready designs while ensuring seamless coordination across teams. Rey’s focus on delivering projects on time and within budget is supported by his ability to leverage innovative solutions and strategic planning, all while upholding the highest standards of quality.

Rey is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and New Mexico and an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Structural Engineers Association of Texas (SEAoT), and the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA). His involvement in these organizations keeps him at the forefront of advancements in engineering practices and technologies, which he applies to his work at Stubbs Engineering.
