Noah Martin, PE
Staff Engineer
As a Staff Engineer at Stubbs Engineering, Noah Martin, PE, brings a strong technical background in structural engineering along with experience leading projects from initial design through construction. His work in structural analysis, design, and project management gives him an understanding of both the technical details of a structure and the broader needs of a project.
Noah earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Montana State University in 2021. Since beginning his career, he has built a strong foundation in structural calculations and design while taking on increasing project responsibility. His experience ranges from analyzing and designing individual structural elements to coordinating complete projects and working through complex engineering challenges.
At Stubbs Engineering, Noah manages projects through each phase while remaining closely involved in the engineering and design. He performs structural analysis and calculations, develops and reviews designs, coordinates project requirements, and works directly with clients and other members of the design team. Staying connected to both the technical work and the overall project direction helps him identify challenges early, make informed engineering decisions, and keep projects moving forward.
Noah’s role reflects the balance between detailed engineering and project leadership. He understands that successful structural design requires more than calculations alone. It also requires clear communication, coordination, sound engineering judgment, and an understanding of the client’s goals. As his responsibilities have grown, Noah has become a trusted resource for clients and colleagues while continuing to strengthen his technical expertise and leadership within Stubbs Engineering.
