We delivered structural design services for Sierra Vista Apartments, a residential community featuring twelve single-story apartment buildings, a dedicated manager’s unit, and a central common building. To promote construction efficiency and resident flexibility, each apartment was designed with one of two mirrored floor plan options.

Our team emphasized durable, code-compliant solutions and crafted efficient layouts that enhance comfort and accessibility. The mirrored designs not only simplified construction and reduced costs but also made optimal use of materials.
