We provided structural engineering services for Santiago Apartments, a project featuring six two-story apartment buildings with two distinct layouts. The first design includes four three-bedroom apartments per building, while the second design accommodates six two-bedroom apartments per building. Both layouts incorporate ADA-accessible units, ensuring inclusivity and meeting the needs of all residents.

Our structural design ensures the integrity and stability of each building, tailored to meet the unique requirements of both layouts. Additionally, we engineered an elevated walkway and stair system connecting the three pairs of buildings, prioritizing safety, and durability.
