We provided structural design services for Robledo Ridge Apartments, encompassing the renovation of existing units, new ground-up apartment buildings, and the addition of a modern commons building. The remodel involved six unique floorplans, each requiring careful engineering to accommodate small additions, the relocation of load-bearing walls, and innovative overbuilds on existing roofs. These structural challenges demanded tailored solutions to maintain the integrity and safety of both old and new spaces.

For the new commons building, our team designed a versatile community hub with open spaces for gatherings, recreational amenities, and integrated access to both new and renovated residences. This promoted resident interaction and created a focal point for communal activities.
