The design includes multiple sloped roofs, adding architectural interest. The exterior incorporates a combination of materials, including weathering steel panels, composite wood siding, and obsidian-colored thin brick veneer.

The layout includes two potential restaurant spaces, with the south-eastern section featuring two large overhead folding doors that open onto an exterior seating area.
