NIT I10

Socorro, TX

Planned to support modern logistics operations, NIT I10 features two single-story tilt-wall warehouses with conventional steel framing, including one cross-dock facility and one rear-load building. Stubbs Engineering provided structural design services for the development, helping shape a durable, high-performing solution tailored to efficient industrial use.

One of the project’s defining design considerations was the significant grade change at the site entrance. To address that condition, the structural design incorporated a large retaining wall system that improves access, organization, and overall site functionality.
