Mansfield City Hall

Mansfield, TX

Serving as the delegated stair engineer, our team designed the project’s stair systems to meet the required loads, applicable building codes, and architectural requirements established for the facility.

Our miscellaneous steel scope also included the structural design of handrails, ladders, and catwalks. Together, these elements support access throughout the building and provide safe, functional routes for ongoing maintenance.

We coordinated with the project team to align each component with fabrication and installation requirements. Although these systems may be less visible than the building’s primary architectural features, they play an essential role in its safety, accessibility, and long-term performance.
