We designed this 8,000 sq. ft. shell building to provide a flexible and adaptable space for future tenants. The metal stud building features interior columns and bar joists, ensuring structural integrity and durability. A standout feature of the design is the “trellis,” constructed from large steel beams, adding both architectural interest and functionality. The space is currently set up as a shell, ready to be customized and updated as tenants move in, making it a versatile solution for a variety of commercial uses.
