We provided connection design and stair engineering services for the Grapevine Main Station, featuring a 42,000-square-foot rail station, a 38,000-square-foot outdoor plaza, and a 150-foot-tall Observation Tower.

At the heart of the station is Harvest Hall, where curved, architecturally exposed trusses span over 60 feet. These trusses transition from 9 feet at the supports to 5 feet at the center, supporting the expansive 40-foot ceilings while also serving as striking visual elements. Each connection was carefully engineered to achieve a seamless balance between structural performance and architectural elegance.

The Observation Tower features a spiraling stair system that elegantly wraps around the elevator shaft, showcasing its unique geometry and precise alignment at varying elevations through innovative and thoughtful design.
