Cherry Lane Auto Auction
Fort Worth, TX
Project Overview
We’re currently applying our structural expertise to the Cherry Lane Auto Auction facility in Fort Worth, a project under development in collaboration with the Parscale Group. Designed to become a leading regional hub for vehicle buying and selling, the facility is envisioned to integrate advanced design, operational efficiency, and long-term community value.
Facility Features
The Cherry Lane Auto Auction is designed to support hundreds of vehicles simultaneously, featuring state-of-the-art auction lanes, extensive vehicle storage, and modern work bays for maintenance, photography, and detailing. A welcoming lobby and office suite will enhance the experience for both clients and staff, creating a space that prioritizes functionality and comfort.
Structural Scope
We’re providing structural design and analysis for two major steel-framed buildings and additional supporting structures to meet the project’s operational needs:
- Main Auction Facility (20,000 sq. ft.) – equipped with multiple auction lanes to streamline vehicle flow and optimize sales operations.
- Shop Building (20,000 sq. ft.) – purpose-built to support mechanical work, vehicle photography, and detailing functions.
- Future Expansion Slab (10,000 sq. ft.) – engineered concrete slab to accommodate a future pre-engineered metal structure.
- Guard Shack – designed to facilitate site security and management.
Community Impact
This project represents a significant investment in the Fort Worth community, supporting long-term functionality and regional growth. We’re proud to be contributing to this dynamic facility’s development and look forward to its impact on the local economy and auto industry.
