ABOUT YOU
As our Associate Structural Engineer, you will be the driving force behind our projects, steering them from conception to completion. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of small to medium sized projects, applying your expertise in design an engineering. You will also play a pivotal role in scheduling, marketing and business development initiatives while mentoring our up-and-coming junior engineers.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Designing complex structures, ensuring they meet codes and project requirements.
- Supervise the development of BIM models using Autodesk Revit for Contract Documents
- Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and perform site observations during the CA phase of the project.
- Define project budgets and scopes, interfacing effectively with clients and construction teams.
- Mentor junior staff providing invaluable technical leadership.
Requirements
EDUCATION & LICENSURE
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited university.
- Project management experience.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Complete the 8-hour NCEES Civil-Structural Examination.
- A driver’s license and clean driving record.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proficient understanding of structural engineering principles.

SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY
