Lindsey Hoffman serves as Chief Administrative Officer at Stubbs Engineering, where she leads operations across Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing, and Business Development. With a background in corporate banking and a degree in Business Administration from New Mexico State University (2011), Lindsey brings a wealth of experience in management, finance, and organizational strategy.
A proud Las Cruces native, Lindsey plays a key role in shaping the internal culture at Stubbs and strengthening connections with clients and partners. Her vibrant personality, approachability, and strong communication skills have earned her a reputation as a genuine people person and a joy to work with. She is a long-standing member of SHRM and has been with Stubbs since 2016.
