Stubbs Engineering provided structural design services to the new three-story, 30,840 sq. ft. medical office building. The building features 68 exam rooms and offices, 11 nurses' stations, X-Ray and Bone Density Labs, Pharmacy, and On-site Laboratory. The third floor features a full administrative office and three lease spaces for doctor's offices. This building was originally designed as a steel-framed structure but redesigned in wood to accommodate the client's budget.
