New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology - Torres Hall
Stubbs Engineering provided structural design services for the new residence hall at New Mexico Institute of Technology. Due to the increased need for student housing, the 38,000 sq. ft. residence hall was constructed. The new building is a 3-story wood-framed structure which houses 155 students. The residence hall includes a two-bedroom apartment, catering kitchen, three student kitchens, laundry facilities, an elevator, multi-purpose room, and several student lounges.
