In order to help address upcoming storm water issues, Stubbs Engineering was asked to assist El Paso Water Utilities with designs for three separate spillways in El Paso, TX. Each site required the design of retaining walls, jersey barriers, and ADA compliant sidewalk adjustments. One of the sites required a spillway structure and tower, while the other two sites required widening of the current spillways.
