Rio Grande Medical Office Building- Las Cruces, NM

Rio Grande Medical Group’s home office is a three story, 30,840 sq.ft. medical office building. The building features 68 exam rooms and offices, 11 nurses’ stations, X-Ray and Bone Density Labs, Pharmacy, and On-site Laboratory. The third floor features a full administrative office and three lease spaces for doctor’s offices. This
building was originally designed as a steel framed structure, but redesigned in wood to accommodate the client’s budget.​

Mountain View Medical Imaging Center- Las Cruces, NM

Stubbs Engineering provided the structural engineering services for the construction of the Mountain View Medical Imaging Center.  This project consisted of a two-story, standalone medical office building.  The building is approximately 22,200 square feet.  The exterior walls are load-bearing concrete tilt-wall panels, the floor is framed with composite beams, and the roof is framed with steel bar joists and metal deck.

Ben Archer Health Center- Las Cruces, NM

The project consisted of a 16,500 sq. ft.  one-story medical clinic and a 4,050 square foot one-story stand alone pharmacy.  This building had to be an open floor plan to help make renovation easier as the services that they offer can change over time.

Mountain View Childrens Center- Las Curces, NM

The project will consist of a 21,000 sq. ft. two-story medical office building.  To achieve the desired look, we designed curtain walls with integral canopies.  We also designed the structure as versatile shell space to accommodate future tenants.

Capitan Medical Clinic- Capitan, NM

This project consisted of a 4,470 square foot medical clinic in Capitan, NM. The soils in the area were very expansive so the foundation had to be supported on a post- tension mat foundation to prevent issues in the foundation in the future. The building was was framed with light gauge steel, along with light gauge trusses.
