Amador Hotel Column Replacement- Las Cruces, NM

​Stubbs Engineering designed a plan to replace existing wood support columns, in an open atrium area, with structural steel columns in order to increase the live-load capacity of the 2nd floor.  This renovation will convert the historic building from a bank into a meeting/convention space.

Gadsden High School- Old English Remodel- Anthony, NM

This project consisted of the remodel of the existing English building that was built in the 1930’s.  The design added an elevator, reinforcement of the structure for HVAC upgrades, bathroom renovations, demolition of the existing classroom demising walls, repairs and modifications to the main entrance stars and gym stairs, seismic upgrade required by the 2009 IEBC, reinforce sagging floor, repair of cast stone elements, and repair of honeycomb concrete in basement.

NMSBVI Ditzler Hall- Alamogordo, NM

This project consisted of structural support services to upgrade the auditorium building. Ditzler Hall required structural analysis of new HVAC units on the existing structure. As well as a seismic evaluation for a level 2 alteration in accordance with the 2009 IEBC. 

NMSBVI Old WEC Building- Alamogordo, NM

This project will provide space for Administrative operations of the school. The building required structural design for an elevator, supports for new mechanical equipment, and analysis of the existing structure. A seismic evaluation was also performed.
