New Mexico State University called Stubbs Engineering to investigate a collapsed utility tunnel.  Stubbs Engineering examined and evaluated the tunnel and found that the roof structure  had failed due to deterioration of steel  and concrete in the existing structure.  Stubbs Engineering  created a plan to allow utility service to remain in operation while  repairs were performed.  We also designed a plan to correct the additional 150 feet of utility tunnel that showed signs of deflection and deterioration.
